TOPÁZIO is a premium brand of sterling silver and silver-plated products, using the highest standards of quality, namely the use of 0,925 fineness sterling silver and 19 carat gold, for the flash or gold baths. These standards are officially certified by the Portuguese INCM Assay Offices.
INCM Assay Offices verify the legal fineness requirements (quantity of precious metal contained in an alloy) and stamp their own hallmark, next to the manufacturer's responsibility mark. The stamping of INCM hallmarks is mandatory for items in precious metal weighing more than 0,5 grs for gold pieces, or 2 grs for silver pieces.

Purchasing at Topázio Online Store (http://TOPAZIO1874.com/) does not require registration. However, if you decide to register, you will have access to several services and benefits, such as the possibility of having more than one shipping address, easy access to your previous purchases, and information about campaigns and promotions.
Once you find a product of your interest just click the BUY button to add them to the cart, and follow the remaining steps indicated on the site to finalize you purchase.
If you are not registered you will be invited to fill in your details for shipment of your order. If you are already registered you only need to confirm your details before finalizing your purchase.
Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your transaction. If your find that your details are not correct please contact us by email to email@example.com, in order to correct them. With your order confirmation you agree that you have read, understood and accepted our General Terms and Conditions.
The prices in the Online Store may vary from the prices in physical stores.
Payment methods available

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Payments made through Bank Transfer or ATM Reference will only be considered after effective entry in our account.
Orders are only shipped on weekdays, and delivery dates only take into account working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Any shipping delays, from the previously informed delivery date, do not grant the right to compensation.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of any campaigns and/or promotions specifically mentioned in the Online Store.
Products are packed and shipped in order to avoid damages during transportation and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shipment is insured against losses or possible damages that may occur during transportation. For the purposes of insurance claim, for any damages or issues related to or during transport, it is imperative that the Customer, when receiving the order, immediately registers in the transport document any indication that the package(s) is (are) damaged or show signs of having been violated.
Exchanges and returns
In the scope of Customer Satisfaction Policy and under applicable laws it is possible the exchange of products within 14 days from date of its receipt by the Customer.
Prior to exchanging any product a written communication must be made to TOPÁZIO via email, and the product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Products must arrive at TOPÁZIO in perfect condition, without any signs of use, with the original packaging and other elements that accompanied it, namely warranty certificates, protective films, safety labels and sales invoices.
Custom-made and/or bespoke products cannot be exchanged and/or returned, in the scope of the above mentioned policies. These include, but are not limited to, custom-made engravings, custom-made rings, etc.
Transport of exchange and/or return products to the factory is the responsibility of the Customer, as well as any issues relating to costs, losses, delays or damages that may occur during transportation.
If the Customer wants to return a product TOPÁZIO must be contacted in advance via email, in order to provide all necessary instructions.

All products returned will be checked and verified on arrival, and TOPÁZIO only accepts those that comply with the above conditions.
In the case of an exchange the re-shipment of the new product is subject to new transport costs, at the responsibility of the Customer.
Warranty and after sales assistance
All products produced and marketed by TOPÁZIO are covered by the warranty of the EU, against manufacturing defects, of 2 years. If a product is defective the Customer must notify TOPÁZIO in writing via email, with product purchase date, invoice number and a description of the anomaly.
The Customer will be informed of the necessary arrangements required, namely in terms of packaging, for the return of the product to the factory. If the claim is justified under the warranty conditions, return costs will be borne by TOPÁZIO.
Upon receipt of the product TOPÁZIO will perform a technical evaluation and analysis. Product with proven non-conformity or manufacturing defect will be sent for repair and returned to the Customer at no additional cost. Product with evidence of misuse or mishandle (eg. dropping, etc.) will not be considered under the warranty and will not be accepted as such.
The Customer will be contacted and informed of the respective repair costs, which will only be performed once the Customer accepts them. Shipment and/or any transport costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Registration - user obligations
Provide correct personal information and addresses so that TOPÁZIO can properly process orders, and undertake to communicate any changes.
Save and not disclose Online Store authentication data to prevent third parties from accessing the account.
Privacy and data protection
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the TOPÁZIO Online Store is Portuguese law. In order to resolve any and all conflicts arising from any contract, pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, the Court of the Porto district shall be competent with express waiver for any other.
Center of arbitration of consumer conflict
In case of dispute the consumer may resort to the centre of arbitration, herein referred to as:

Responsibility / liability
TOPÁZIO declines all responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify with the local authorities all issues and obligations related to the import and/or use of the products ordered. TOPÁZIO is not responsible for any damages caused to the User, as a result of the use of Internet network, such as interferences, external intrusions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections from the computer system or any other case of force majeure. TOPÁZIO declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility in processing the order, including shipment, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.
