  • Do I need to register to shop at Topázio online store?

    On the Topázio website you can make your purchase as a Registered or Non-registered Customer.

    However, making your purchase as a registered customer, you have access to a series of advantages, such as:
    — Finish orders faster;
    — Possibility of multiple registered delivery addresses;
    — Access to your order history and other privileged information.

  • Filling in the phone number is mandatory?

    The telephone number is essential for shipments made through the selected carrier, so that you can receive notification by message indicating the delivery date of your order.

  • What payment methods are available at the Topázio store?

    You can shop and pay your orders using the following payment methods:

    Bank Transfer, ATM Reference or Paypal.

    Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email.

  • To which countries does Topázio sell through the online store?

    At the moment we sell only to Portugal (including Islands), Europe, United Kingdom and USA.

    We are working hard on preparing our website and the online store to be able to sell all over the world, and we expect to have it available very soon.

  • What is the value of shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on transport cost + insurance.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Once payment and order availability are confirmed transit time may take between 1 and 9 working days, depending on the final destination.

    Should the selected products be subject to any personalization or customization please consider an added 10 working days, from the above indicated times.

  • How do I exchange or return a product?

    According to art. 10.ş do DL n.ş 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro, you have 14 days to request the exchange or the return of a product.

    To do so we ask you to contact us via the email address store@topazio1874.com, to receive the necessary instructions.

    You should consider the following rules:

    1. The item you intend to exchange or return must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
    2. Always keep your purchase receipt or electronic invoice as it contains the date you purchased the item.
    3. It is not possible to exchange or return personalized items.

  • Does Topázio provide warranty?

    Topázio products are required by law to have a warranty of 2 years.

    Interventions, which are not covered by the guarantee, may have operating costs subject to budget.

  • Are Topázio products available in stores?

    Yes. Right now we have one physical store (our headquarters) – Gondomar - and a network of retailers worldwide.

  • Transactions over €15,000
    In order to comply with the portuguese egislation regarding the prevention and fight against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, in transactions with a value equal to or superior than €15,000, Ferreira Marques & Irmăo will have to identify the customer in question, and may this verification, under the terms of the law, be carried out by telematic means, since the customer gives his express consent. In the event of non-acceptance by the customer of the said procedure, Ferreira Marques & Irmăo, under the terms of the law, will refuse the transaction in question, immediately promoting the refund of the amount received in the meantime.
