  • Do i need to register to shop at topázio online store?
    No, you don`t have to. On the website you can choose to register or not. However registration grants you access to certain features and advantages such as finalizing orders quicker, having multiple shipping addresses, order history and receiving information on campaigns and promotions.
  • Do i have to fill in the phone number?

    Yes, the phone number is essential for shipments made through our transport companies, we don’t use the phone for other purposes.

  • I don't have a credit card, what other payment methods can i use to buy at topázio online store?

    If you don`t have credit cards you can shop and pay your orders using one of the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, ATM Reference or Paypal.
    Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email.

  • To which countries does topázio sell through the online store?

    At the moment we sell only to the European Union.

    We are working hard on preparing our website and the online store to be able to sell all over the world, and we expect to have it available very soon.

  • Shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on transport cost + insurance.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Once payment and order availability are confirmed transit time may take between 1 and 9 working days, depending on the final destination. 

    • Mainland Portugal – CTT Expresso  
      • Service 19 – Next working day delivery till 19:00.
    • Portuguese Islands – CTT Expresso
      • Service 48 (Islands) – 6 to 9 working days delivery, depending on final destination.
    • Europe – UPS
      • Standard Service — 3 to 9 working days delivery, depending on final destination.


    Should the selected product(s) be subject to any personalization or customization please consider an added 10 working days, from the above indicated times. 

    During festive seasons and holidays, due to increased order volume, delivery times may be slightly extended. 

    When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, allowing you to track your order.

    Please fill in your details carefully in order to avoid mistakes, delays or returns of your order. 

  • How do i exchange a product?

    You have 14 days to request the exchange of a product. To do so we ask you to contact us via the email address store@topazio1874.com, to receive the necessary instructions. Nevertheless please always keep your invoice.

    You cannot exchange or return personalized and/or custom-made products.

  • Does Topázio provide warranty?

    TOPÁZIO products are required by law to have a warranty of 2 years.

    Maintenance and other interventions, not covered by the warranty, are subject to respective costs.

  • Are topázio products available in stores?

    Yes, we have one physical store (our headquarters) – Gondomar - and a network of retailers worldwide.
